Krista makes therapy approachable and possible. Whether you're new to therapy of have tried it before, Krista will work alongside you to support the change that is necessary in your life. Krista provides evidenced based, science-backed psychotherapy to create lasting impact. She values your time and will work with you to efficiently achieve the results you want. In addition to standard psychotherapy, Krista provides BrainSpotting and EMDR therapies to support the change process. Please note, Krista does not accept insurance. HSA/FSA funds may be used. Clients are able to submit invoices for Out of Network reimbursement if desired.
